(below) Inspired by the BBC series called Sherlock in which a modern day Sherlock Holmes and John Watson solve crimes in London 2010/2011. It's such a good series and I couldn't resist doing a bit of fan art!

Irene Adler is as yet an unknown character in the series, I thought she might look something like this if she does appear, I'm sure she will at some point.

This is my interpretation of the character Jack West Jr, from Matthew Reilly's books about the ancient wonders of the world. A fictional series that are like a mix between Indiana Jones and the Da Vinci code. In classic Hollywood style he lost his arm to lava whilst escaping a trap inside a volcano!

Anyway the books are great fun and read like a blockbuster film.

Nathaniel from the book, The Amulet of Samarkand.

It's an interpretation of when he first evokes Bartimaeus, sketched in pencil and coloured in Photoshop I wanted to capture the scene. Nathaniel is a very confident magician who goes as far as to summon on of the most powerful demons at the age of 12!
